"S2K Group" is the code. Go ahead and book when ready. Please let me know if there are any issues with room type availability or issues with booking online or on the phone. The hotel staff seem to be a bit flaky.

I tried to use that code in the Corporate ID, IATA#, and Group Code.. it didn't work

I tried calling today to book the room and the lady told me i had to do it online. WTF? couldn't she just put the code in and give me the discount? Lazy maybe?

did you tell her that the code doesn't work? If you key in S2K (since it only accepts three letter/numbers), you get this popup.

They needed a "group reservation contract" sent to them. I have done so, and as soon as they process it we should be able to book. I don't know why she said we could book under the group code last week when this last document was still needed... I asked her twice if we were good to start booking and she said yes. Grr...

They should now have all paperwork and be able to take reservations. You might want to wait until Monday, though, as I don't know if the group reservations administrator is in on weekends to process the paperwork.
