Stupid Cox Communications.
They came over to do some DVR install stuff.. when they did they took out my modem and installed one of their new 'better' models. It literally wires EVERYTHING through the box - cable television, telephone, and interwebz. Storm hit the telephone line.. which hit the box and it splintered out.
