Dear Ron...
Dear Ron:
It looks like that guy in the Lincoln almost managed to drive right over the rock slide pile on 129. I'm thinking if this thing isn't cleared out by next month I may want to put a lift kit on my S and just cruise over that mess, thus avoiding time consuming detours when driving over to Fontana from Alcoa. Will this improve handling on roads like "the dragon?" Any other things I might want to do to prepare for a little off-roading?

Thought I'd ask the question that everybody seems afraid of asking....
Are we going to have fun at WTD?

Had you said "oscillation overthruster" I would have caught right on.

Since you don't want general off-road capability but only to get through this one obstacle, I suggest an overthruster.

Just to give you an update...I was unable to locate an oscillation overthruster on ebay, I decided to try plan A.

Now I am unhappy about the 22 finger gap between my tires and wheel wells. Can I install lowering springs on the lift kit so my whip will be fly again?
