Dear Ron:

What is the proper transcendental mantra for prepping my self for a back to back Lactate Acid Threshold test an V0 2 Max test?

Thanks...

Dear Ron,

I am shopping for a Honda S2000. Should I get red or yellow?

Thanks!

A mantra is a very personal thing but, if I were to suggestion one, and since translated from Sanskrit "Mantra" means "instrument of thought," I'd say "win."

Of course, if I were to try to train for a triathlon, mine would be "####, ####,####." In rhythm to my panting.

I know this is hard to believe, but Mikey thinks _he_ is the lion.

NFR, for two reasons. It's the fastest color and also cheaper since you don't have to buy an entire new wardrobe all in yellow.

Why do the Spas and Rios think they _have_ to match their cars?

A mystery of life.

But Ron,

Since I had an '02 Spa, I already *have* a complete yellow wardrobe. Does this change your opinion?

NFRs seem to be less commonly for sale at the moment... Probably because they go faster? Is this a good thing for me???

thanks,

Dear Ron:

Please provide the study that shows that NFR is the fastest color S2000.... is this in terminal velocity, straight line acceleration, or through the curves?

My research shows that Silverstone is the fastest through the curves..... ask Raul, as he rode in one at a high speed, while he had the drive crying due to his commical remarks!!!

Dear Ron:

Seems like I have a choice this year....

Should I go to WTD... or take a 3 month vacation traveling to the islands in the Caribbean?

Signed,
