Ummmm... Nah!!!

Subway does well with making bunches and bunches of sandwiches of all kinds.

Probably the easiest way, would be to get a list together, and fax it over. Maybe we could do that at the hotel? If its long distance, just have them bill it to my room!

Either compile it Friday evening, or Saturday morning......

All kinds of sandwiches would be nice but imagine 50+ people digging through a box of 50+ sandwiches looking for their own.

We NEED to keep it simple. Roast Beef, Turkey, Ham, and Veggie for the choices. Lettece, Tomato, and condiments on the side.

Also, we'll include a bag of chips and a can of Pepsi or MDew as I think Subway always carries Pepsi products.

Airgate, we need to call the Subway back and confirm that they can do a $5-$6 lunch bag with a cold canned beverage.

S2kDude:

Just spoke with Tim of Subway again and he can get us the can drinks. . .this is something they don't usually do. However, he is helping us out BIG time!

Here's the low down. . .aka "THE PLAN!"

ANY 6" Sub (NO HOT SUBS PLEASE) with Chips and Can Drink
$3.50

ANY 12" Sub (NO HOT SUBS PLEASE) with Chips and Can Drink
$5.50

Tim from Subway said that it's easy for them to make the sandwiches the way we want them rather than trying to simplify them. He said this way they can also write our names on the bags! Of course, this is what these folks do for a living so I'm sure they know best!

I want to order the sandwiches by Friday night so they'll be ready in time on Saturday! If you do not plan on being at the event on Friday, please let me know what you would like so I can add it to the rest of the order!

If not, I'll need to wait until Saturday morning to call everything in!

Thanks!

Airgate, your the man! Now I know you've got this under control. This should now be simple enough. The hardest part now will be collecting money.

The cost is CHEAP too!

We need to add $0.50 (tip) to each order for Airgate's troubles. So lunch should cost $4.00 for 6" and $6.00 for a "footer." Who wants to deal with change anyway , it's going to be bad enough to deal with the money as it is.

Thanks again Airgate!

If you need another p/u - delivery vehicle let me know, I'll volunteer. That is, as long as you can find some curvey roads to get there and back.
