Ken, let's plan to queue up our drive group(s) in the parking area where Billman's Tech Day will be going on -- in front of the Wildwood Grill. That way, folks can enjoy their morning with Bill & other wrenchers...with very little to prep for our drive but to sit their butts in their seats and off-we-go at 10:30am! 
Sound like a plan?
