I know a lot of you have decided not to attend DFR this year due to inflation and I cannot blame you. On the flip side it seems as though Fuel prices have receded a bit around here. Not holding my breath on it but I am hopeful they will hold or even recede some further leading up to the event. I am looking forward to seeing you all in a few weeks and I hope you come ready to have a good time.

 

That’s a shame. How many do you think we’re down for the event? This will be my first Dragon run and was looking forward to meeting everyone.

 

It's hard to say how many were down since the fall event is always a smaller event. To be honest with you I kinda like that myself because it gives me more time to get to know people. I am glad you're coming and I look forward to meeting you.

 

Ah nuts.... We had conflicting events for the Spring event so couldn't go to that one. My wife will be joining me for the DFR and my dad is coming down in October for the Classic Hondas on the Dragon. Excited for both events - esp CHD since LHT Performance and also HondaPro Jason will be attending so will be cool to meet the both of them.

Also, we are coming in super late Friday night/Sat Morning since we are going to see Rod Stewart in Charlotte that Friday night. There are several things going on this same weekend that we're missing out on which is frustrating since I want to go to all of them - Celtics play the Hornets in Greensboro, my end of season golf tournament is that Saturday, the concert, etc. Can't do them all!

 

Wish Mary and I could come, Tim. Nothing to do with cost, just busy that weekend with another trip (at least for me, anyway). I guess Mary could come.....
