home safe as of 5:30pm yesterday. tried top-down the whole way, but 50 and rainy turns out to be bad top-down weather at 90mph. had to put it up when we stopped for gas the last time.

great trip, great times, and met some great people. hoping like hell I can make it to DBR.

Chris
I got home around 11pm...

took a nice run across the dragon/foothils before heading out...

hit some really crappy traffic on the I40 , for reasons completely unknown...

I could see traffic at a dead stop about a 1/4 mile up... but when it started moving there was no sign of any accident...

Just got home (after a track-day today.)

It's been a LONG weekend.

Got in around 11pm west coast time last night... good drive up, only 13 cops in Ohio (vs 23 on Thursday). There were 4 people in the security line at Cleveland Hopkins, nobody in the seat next to me, and the flight landed early... in a snowstorm.

Damn, I think the Ohio smokies knew you guys were going through! I didn't see a single cop up to Lexington, over to Louisville, all the way back to IL!!

Just arrived home about 15 minutes ago! I'm not slow, I took a 3 day detour to see a friend in Boone, NC.

My old route home was I75N to I74W, then some back roads and onto I69... I'd typically see 1, maybe 2 cops at most, none running radar. The 13 cops is probably typical for that 225 mile leg. 23 is a bit high.

Ohio is just retarded. There's no other way to put it.
