We have 45 rooms reserved on the Club Level (6th floor) for both Friday the 19th and Saturday the 20th. The rate is 89.00 and that includes a King room with cont. breakfast and munchies in the evening at the hospitality suite. This floor of the hotel has private keyed access.
We have 15 additional rooms reserved as overflow off of the Club Level. The rate is 79.00 and includes a cont. breakfast. Keep in mind if you elect to go with this room/rate you won't have access to the Club Level unless your with someone staying there. Also if you wait to make your reservation you may not have a choice so act quickly!!
For those of you arriving early we have 10 Club Level rooms reserved for Thur the 18th.
Do we have hotel room rate yet and if so does it include breakfast?
Has hotel given us no charge meeting or party room since we will be using 40-50 rooms?

The best rate, with breakfast, for that hotel for that weekend is currently $79.00 per night per room -- I don't know if they can beat that -- but I guess there is no harm is trying ?? Good Luck !!
I should have the contract with Hilton signed and back to them this afternoon and reservations will begin to be taken tomorrow. I'll post some official information soon.
