To whomever is in charge: it is abundantly clear that many people continue to have concerns that have yet to be addressed. I suspect that as the countdown to the event draws to a close more concerns will be expressed which in turn will need to be addressed. Additional concerns may well arise during the event.
One way to address this would be two erect a bulletin board in the lobby so that the attendees can post notes expressing their concerns. The event organizers, and whomever is in charge, can immediately address those concerns which are posted on the board.
I offer this bit of advice as an expression of my concerns for those who are concerned.

(Andi incidentally, I never bring my Omega Seamaster, nor the Patek Phillipe Chrono to the Dragon. A number of the denizens are quite rude and uncouth.)
