I personally have seen more S's over the line at this Dragon meet than any in the past. That combined with all the pics surfacing . . . . . well, it's just incredible, considering how much this issue has been addressed in the past. I mean, it's like the number ONE cardinal rule.
I was under the impression that driver's came here to test their skill. Having your pants yanked down by Darryl is an excellent way of showing everybody concerned just what you DON'T have. Think of it as a challenge, not a limitation to be toyed with.
Maybe we need to start some type of rouge's gallery.
Many and much thanks to Darryl for the attention!
Most of these transgressors (I hope ) are first timers and don't realize how easy it is to get seriously hurt up here.

It's a good sign of strong character for Gink5 to step forward like that. We're a forgiving bunch - just want everybody SAFE (going and coming). I hope others have the brass to step foward and be more than just ordinary.

Thanks for understanding Gink, that's very mature of ya. I hated to even call one person out, I know you guys will police yourselves, but it serves the purpose of getting the point across to the next group that is planning a trip...we need to remind folks with each update, it may be the only one they see.

*EDIT* You'll probably catch some heat in the comments on our site, but don't let it bother ya too much...in fact, you might want to go ahead and post up under your shot for damage control. Most folks are pretty understanding of someone who takes a little responsibility for a mistake in judgment.

If you really want to get flamed by the two-wheelers, go on killboy's site and post that you could see around the corner and it was no big deal...

I saw an notable S2k with an easy to remember license plate cross over on every left turn during the group drive on saturday morning. about halfway through 4 or 5 guys that saw started honking at him.

I got caught with my left rear kissing the line. I knew I did it when I got back to the cabin and felt horrible about it.... I wasnt even going fast, just driving back after taking some pictures myself.

I would like to make an apology as well. I did not realize that crossing over the yellow even with no on-coming traffic would get people mad. If so i would not have do it at all. It was a dragon rookie mistake.
