Okay peoples, Lindsey at General Francis Marion has put together a special menu just for us (just like last time but with no grouchy people behind us complaining about the noise this time). Here are the choices. You don't have to decide now, you can wait until Tuesday night (did I tell you that's a couple of days away?).
Pork Loin- stuffed with dirty rice & ground beef, served with roasted red potatoes and broccoli
Chicken Isabella- served with pasta with a tomato cream sauce, topped with pine nuts and served with garlic bread
New England Trout- crumb topping, served with veg medley and rice
Dessert- bread pudding
I'm vacillating between the Pork Loin, the Chicken Isabella and the Trout. I may have to take one of each.
. This is just another reason the General Francis Marion is such a great place to stay, they do things like this just for us. (Oh, April will be our server again. If you remember the last dinner, you remember April).
