Default The New Dunlop Star Specs

Many of you run the Star Specs so I thought you'd like to know about the next generation.

I sent an e mail to Tire rack because i learned the fist gens are no longer available.

This is what I received back from Ben at Tire Rack in case anyone here is in need of the new ones.

Hi Lee,
The ZII for the 17" sizes on S2K 215/45R17 and 245/40R17 are projected for Feb of 13. This may change, but that is the current estimate from Dunlop. Prices are $153 and $184 respectively. If you would like to receive some from the first available shipments, we are accepting pre-orders.

i wonder if they'll do a larger 16 inch size...as in 245 45r16 like the bridgestone re-11's.

I've got 3 sets of SS Z1's to burn through (3 different cars), but I picked up a second set of wheels on two cars and will probably pick up a set of Z2's for the STi.
