I saw an advertisement in Car and Driver for this Buell promotion. The ad read as if they (Buell) would be on the Dragon in April, however, it seems that from here, the drawing is in April.

I was excited because I thought for a moment that the Dragon repave issue may be subsided. . .

See my other post, yes the date has been moved back. But what I wanna know is, how in the hell can they close off such a major pass through the mountains like that?
