I have a question that's actually on-topic!

For the last Brown County, Indiana, drive we were supposed to meet at the Menard's at 8:30am (http://forums.s2kca.com/showpost.php...01&postcount=2), which is when Aaron and I got there. Then a fella and his brother (don't remember names) got there a little bit later. Then we all waited a looooong time for everyone else.

Is this drive gonna be the same way? Not that I'm complaining, but I'd rather sit on my recliner at home watching tv for two hours than in Stella in a parking lot. Just sayin'.

I have another on-topic question! Man, I'm on a roll!

Does Hooter's serve breakfast? Ya know, since my wife REALLY wants to eat there.

short answer to your question - no they do not. they don't open until lunch. nothing in the immediate area for breakfast that i'm aware of, except maybe mcdonald's or similar

regarding leaving on time, i can tell you that i was about 30 minutes late a couple years ago, and they did indeed leave basically on time. barely caught them before Lexington

but if you're late, we do always spend ~2hrs in Berea, as some other groups meet up with us at that time.

Thanks for the breakfast answers, but I was kidding about eating at Hooter's.

Wife and I might do something special for breakfast though, like go to Waffle House.

there have been (at least for the past 6 WTD events), a Hooters gtg on Wednesday nights in Alcoa. I believe the organizer this year isn't planning one though.

Waffle House = special...
making it past the first exit for a pit stop after Waffle House = unlikely
