Default S2000 CR or S3000

CR owners please provide an input as to your experiences with the CR

Positives & Negatives are welcome.

I am debating whether to wait for the S3000 our get one of the last S2000 CRs.

Above is based upon all I'm reading on the internet.

See you all at WTD 09

I once sat in a CR...in the dealer showroom.

Handled great!

Seriously, I'd like to hear about the CR too.

Anyone?

You have but 1 choice. The S3000 is a dead project.

And even if it was still alive, I believe that the end result would be somewhere south of disappointing.

Thanks for the input!

Watch New York Auto (March 2009) this will show whether the S2000 and/or S3000 is dead or alive.

As to why am I using this forum:

- First off because most on this site are S2000 enthusists that provide good info to other S2000 owners

- Second - Oh, never mind

See you all at WTD

Why is this in the Dragon Events forum?
I think (correct me if I'm wrong), he's wondering if people have taken a CR to the Dragon and wondered how their experience is different between Ap1/Ap2 and CR.

Maybe I'm reaching here....

I know we had some Ap1 vs Ap2 and driving experiences at the Dragon posted here before...

If I'm wrong, let me know, and I'll ship this thread off to s2000 talk

Phil doesn't post much on other than the Dragon forum, and I am sure he's interested in the opinions of those of us who frequent that beloved stretch of road.

Don't get me started with the CR...it's my thorn in my side for sure.

I'd love a new S2000...and the CR looks good...I, for whatever reason, love the look of the Apex Blue...and a CR in Rio Yellow is GORGEOUS!! But WTF is up with NO rag top??

The S2000 is a ROADSTER...

No soft top makes it unrealistic for ME.

And damn...this economy is fawkin' up all sorts of things...even the S3000.
