In fact it's kind of unfair to the rest of us if they don't get the tickets isn't it?
I agree but I bet many of the truck drivers don"t know how bad the road is before it is too late. As for the yellow line, they have to cross it to make it through, (don't get me wrong, it is wrong either way) most others cross it because they are stupid!
