Had a frickin blast!!!!!

Was nice to run into you guys as I was coming in over the Dragon!! Oink... Oink!

Left this morning from the Tuskeegee Hotel..... made it home in a little under 6 hours... and that included 20-25 minutes having a delicious breakfast at McD's! Ran 82-130 mph all the way home..... don't think I went under 80 once I hit the expressway!

Ron, Sheila, Jamie, Gary, Jeremy, Jeremy, Cammie<?>, 'Bama Dave and The Queen, Loren, Rick, Nancy, Will...... thanks for letting me join your little get together.....

Hope to be able to make it to another one of your non-events...

ps... Sheila & Ron (and everyone else who helped!)..... thanks for doing the cooking Friday and Saturday nights..... sure beat eating out!!!!

pss... Kallan..... since you cancelled... I'm heading to Chicago this week to give you lots of grief for not being there!

I second that. Really enjoyed the trip and people for The McDragon, Mike was a total surprise when Nancy and I got there friday afternoon. We made it home by 2:30 just had a wet trip all the way back. Thanks for the great food Sheila and Ron. Hope to see you at DBR in September. Again many thanks for the great time. Later BD

Thank you!

We're back home after driving through a little rain but more dry with Jamie, V's 1&2 and Cammie. Jarritt house was amazing, as usual although it was a little embarrassing when Cammie asked for thirds and _still_ took a takeout box full of biscuits and honey.

Thank you to everyone who came. It's our friends that make McDragon great. Oh, and there is this road nearby.

Yours in un-events,

I'm sure this was a lot more fun than the exam proctoring I had to do yesterday. (I'm almost positive it is...no, I am positive). I won't miss next year.

Thanks to everyone for coming out; what a great weekend! There were some clean Dragon runs (mostly early AM), some mostly clean runs (mid-morning and late afternoon) and some this-is-too-damn-crowded-to-stay-on-this-road runs. Hilltops & Hollers was a fun alternative.

Mostly, it was great just hanging out with you guys.

Bama Dave, it was great to see you, finally meet The Queen and learn that happily, she's not the car-sick kind. Thanks for the laughs.
Mikey, what a fun surprise! We knew you were there when the radio started "oinking". Thank Kathy for giving you some time off.
Rick, great fun seeing the track car in action. Your exhaust sound helped to chase any number of slow movers off the Dragon. It's always a pleasure to see you, Jenny & Will.
Jeremy (V1) and Jeremy (V2), couldn't do without you! And V1, thanks for bringing Cammie; she's awesome (and brings the S'mores for the campfire)
Del, it was great having you, even if you were "S-less". Thanks for keeping me company on Saturday. Look forward to seeing the new ride soon!
Gary, the waffles were wonderful as always, but the best part is just hanging with the dead-bird.
Loren, thanks for all the great stories. The porch talks are never dull with you around!
Jamie my man, as always...
And of course, Ron, my forever man and grill master, thanks for everything! (Well, except for tapping my bumper on the way out of Fontana. grrrrrrr)

DBR can't come soon enough!

I wonder what the locals thought seeing the porker walking around their local grocery store talking to all the pig products!
