After Fontana decided not to honor the dragonslayer discount because of "full capacity", I will have to sit this one out after all
$120/night is just too much to spend....

 

Florian stay at the Microtel for 55 bucks a night. I wanted the queen to stay at Fontana Village so we are staying there. Sorry that we can't stay together. You aren't that far away from us in Robbinsville. Check it out man. Later BD

 

I'm not going to be hypocritical and do exactly what I'm trying to avoid at DBR, which is:

1.) to stay at a hotel that's 30+ minutes away from the dragon.

2.) not stay with the whole group in one place (that'd be Fontana)

Florian, our cabin is maxed out but I pinged a couple of other folks to see if " bunking" is an option. Don't count it out yet!

I forgot that this will be the queens first time to stay in the mountains. I believe she will be in for a great time up there. Counting down the time for another great road trip. I will see all of you late friday afternoon or early saturday morning. Sheila want time are you going to go cruise some of the roads saturday. I will have the two-way radios with me. Yay! Can't WAIT! Friday and Saturday, we typically head down to the Gap for breakfast at 8:30-9:00ish (not an early-rising group, can you tell?), run the Dragon and figure everything else out from there. Just come by the cabin (We're supposed to be in cabin 620)when you get there or Saturday AM.
