Default Time get this event in gear...

Hey guys, now that it's 2002 we should really begin some Dragon planning.

I know that it would be great to have a flyer for the event. Anyone interested in doing that?

Hmmm. . .I could try out my skills for this. . .give me a few days and I'll have a sample. . .

Mack is getting some hotel information in Alcoa, Tennessee for us and so far, I have yet to see any conflicting groups on the Dragon.

Lunch will be a concern once again. . .

I believe Subway can send out a sandwich trailer this time for us. . .sort of like a concession stand of sorts. May be the best idea for us to once again at Fontana Dam.

Purge, I'm sure we need all the help we can get. We'll let you know when we need something.

Airgate, a Subway chuck wagon sounds pretty cool but if everyone arrives at the same time it will take a long time to get our food. They would need to have at least some orders made up ahead of time.

I suggest that we email each person an order form for lunch so they can have it filled out ahead of time. Maybe we can do something electronically like send them an email and have them email back the order. We can keep track of the order in a simple spreadsheet, print and fax when the time comes.
