Then you already know that I think YOU should be in charge of taking beer orders. I'll handle coordinating with the Hooters!

Hey Guys-

Sorry I've been out of the loop for a while.

Just wanted to give everyone an update on the Hotel situation. First sorry it's taking me so damn long to take care of it..... I've been very busy with work, illness, holidays etc. and haven't had a chance to make a trip out to Alcoa to asses the situation. If we'd just kept it in Knoxville all this would have been resolved months ago.

The good news is all that will change tomorrow. I'm heading out to take some pics and look at the facilities and will report back no later than Monday. Hopefully we can have something firmed up by the end of next week. Without having made a close inspection and just working on recall my gut says the Hilton will probably be the best option.

Thanks for your patience!!

Mack

Remember Mack, keep it under $29.95 a night! And that should include breakfast!

You be da MAN, Mack!!

While you're there can you look for trout streams? My sources are being slow to respond. There seems to be quite a bit of interest in doing a little fishing while we're in that neck of the woods!

Tight Lines!

To do items:

1) Hotel - Mack
2) Itinerary
3) Maps - Do we want the same drives as last time or new ones?
4) Event Pack (like last time, Mack or Airgate?)
5) Food arrangements, lunch and dinner
6) Shirts ( Axcilla, are you doing this again? Will there be a room for the S2000 Store again?)
7) Event flyer? Do we still think it's necessary?
8) Door prizes

If anyone wants to jump in and take one of the above items please let one of the event organizers know (Airgate, S2k Dude, Mack).
