just curious...
100 cars may show for this event? i'm familiar with group (mentality) drives through mountain roads. one time... at band camp... we lost 2 drivers within 10 miles when they went diving into the ravine. 1 was a brand spankin new Z3...
we're all adults and everyone should drive within their capacities...but... are/were there contingencies against crashes?

The only way to minimize accidents is to drive safely and within your own limits. There are some very fast drivers (and cars) and everyone needs to remember not to let their ego affect their driving. It's not a race, there's no first place.

I know that gas may be a concern for us but more importantly,
Will we have a place to Wash Our Cars?

WSB, great post. We will certainly give the local gas stations a couurtesy "heads up," thanks w1ngman.
Oh...and on the crash contingency...just be sure 'n listen to airgate's speech.
Kidding, the best advice is what WSB shared above...drive within your limits. The Dragon is a PUBLIC roadway. If you want to test the limits of your driving, go to the track!
As for a Car Wash area...(this is why I have a "TEAM" now...chuckle), we've got it covered. And many of the cottages have their own spicket, so I imagine the scene will resemble a neighborhood of car cleaning freaks.
But, in addition to this, we'll have something set up.
FOR THOSE WHO CAN...bring extra hoses and/or nozzles for car washing. Everyone will appreciate it. Some of us (yeah, me) can't fit anything else in for the trip.
And I have yet to convince Anna that we NEED a Ridgeline.
Thanks for the post, great job everyone!
