As for a Car Wash area...(this is why I have a "TEAM" now...chuckle), we've got it covered. And many of the cottages have their own spicket, so I imagine the scene will resemble a neighborhood of car cleaning freaks. But, in addition to this, we'll have something set up.
Maybe Fed-X a car care package down there Thursday

Back to the "planning group"... It might be well worthwhile to try to contact these nearby convenience stores / service stations and give them a heads-up regarding our dates. Perhaps they would take such information as initiative to double-down on their fuel orders for that week, etc.
the last big meet I attended in the UK, we ran the gas station completely dry of premium

Piss-poor planning, I say!

All my stuff fits and I have two amps, two 10's, nav unit, PS2, cap, and XM. I can still fit golf clubs, etc.

Oh...and on the crash contingency...just be sure 'n listen to airgate's speech. Kidding, the best advice is what WSB shared above...drive within your limits. The Dragon is a PUBLIC roadway. If you want to test the limits of your driving, go to the track!
uh... i missed that speech.. can you go over it again one more time?

Basically the speech is:

Drive Fast. Take Chances.

That's what I got out of it anyway.

10 hoses won't mean poop if we can't use but a single hose from the spigot. Folks need to bring at least a couple of these! .

It may slow down H2O pressure slightly...but we'll get more cars washed at once!
