Woah...you're in?? I thought you weren't going back with another FWD car?

 

You know, I gotta say it amazes me the level of disrepect some folks have. Number one, you're working yourself up on something that hasn't even happened. We are talking about an event that's nearly a YEAR away. Nothing was announced about WTDXI as for a venue because, as I shared, I wanted to wait and commit after DBRXII.

I'm shaking my head at the fact some of you simply think the proximity of the Dragon is what this is all about. Guess what, you can go after the Dragon anytime you want. Building an event for 12+ years tells me we are ready to try something new. Posting here in a renegade fashion that you'll be staying at Fontana no matter what shows you have little respect for the event as a whole.

I ask that you take a step back and look at the whole picture... I'm done discussing WTDXI 2013. My focus is on DBRXII and that event is gonna ROCK.

 

Looking forward to my FIRST Dragon Ball in ........................... Alcoa ...................

If you are going down there to drive the roads.... and only drive the roads... you have many weekends to do this....

All of the extras will be at the Hilton... meet and greet in the parking lot... hopefully the bourbon swap..... banquet.....

I was one of the people who caused some of the stink last year regarding "the other place"....... but I have no problems going back to the Hilton....

Its nice having everything and everyone in one area, and not spread out so much.

Thats my two cents worth.... take it or leave it... I really don't care!

I will go to where ever the event is planned. I love Fontana but have stayed there 6 times now over 5 years and would love a change. Fontana is great but the food is limited. I take this trip to drive and enjoy the roads not just the dragon. Maybe staying somewhere else might make me appreciate Fontana more but i welcome a change. I appreciate people like Raul oraganizing events like this. Its really not needed to be disrespectful to someone who donates their free time to make events like this happen. He has done a good job all these years so i see no reason not to trust his judgement. Never hurts to try something new

 

I really don't give a fat rat where we stay as long as I can meet with all my friends and drive my S.

 

I go there to meet/see my friends and make new ones, the dragon is just a perk

Like Mikey said "you can drive it anytime of the year" (I'm actually thinking about going next month)
