Any idea on what time the "first timers" meeting and buddy drive will be on Friday morning? I had only made a reservation for Friday and Saturday night but if the meeting and drive are going to be early on Friday, I might just come on up Thursday.

Clay...You & yours come on over on Thursday afternoon...You can hook-up with Ken, Lee and "MANY" others, to drive over to Gatlinburg for our Thursday dinner @ the Park Grill...After dinner we will "ALL" caravan back to Fontana across the Dragon @ night...This will be a real thrill for you...Ken can fill you in !!!!!Not to worry about the "First Timer's" meet...we will take care of you...and many of us..."Ol-Timers" will be @ the meeting also

Had several newbies last year, Ken & Yoon-He...included ! g1000, Allan...etc...The year before, we had Kathy & Randy...Don't ya remember Kathy laying up under the floorboard, and Randy yelling at her the entire 11 miles ...!!!...then me, last year...after the deer tried to get into my car......( although not new....it sure was a "Slowride".... )

[/quote]Nothing to it. You just follow the person in front of you and make sure you don't close your eyes on some of the tighter turns.
It's really a blast. I did my first night drive at DBRx and it was great.
