acdavis82, the "First Timers" meeting & breakfast will be early Friday morning (7:30 - 8:30), followed by the buddy run, so definitely come up on Thursday! BTW, this is not JUST for first-timers, as it's a chance for everyone to get together and allows some of our "old timers" to buddy up with the newbies and generally cause some mayhem.
It's also a chance to pick up your registration packets early. All of this will be in the detailed itinerary, which will be emailed to the registered attendees shortly after registration closes. Look forward to meeting you! Woohoo!!!!

Just show up in the lodge after you get settled. Look for me, I should be there and there will be adult beverages being shared. You're more than welcome to partake.

Most of the time, you will find people in the Lodge lobby, or on the balcony off the lobby.
The lodge bar is right down the hall from the lobby!

Thanks for the details. I am going to hit the road Thursday evening after we get off work. We won't be there in time to ride to Gatlinburg but I'm sure we will see everyone that evening. If there is a place on the property to get a beer, that is probably where you will find me!
