why i can not come to the meet, if i dont have a reservation?
If it is so, i will stay here in Germany.
the reason, that i dont reserve a place in Euromeet is because i dont know, if i have time.
So it will be spontaneous

Because so much planning is involved (parking, accommodation, food, events) only those who have registered and payed a booking fee are "allowed" to participate fully. No one stops you driving to Trento and being close to other participants, just don't expect to get proper accommodations and to be involved in all the activities planned.

We currently have around 240 cars participating in this event and we will hopefully be opening up the event to a possible 270 cars in around a week.
Organising an event of this magnitude is an absolutely huge undertaking, both logistically, mentally and physically. If an unforeseen amount of cars and people arrived spontaneously it could seriously jeopardise the planning of the meet. We need hotels to accommodate people (over the very busy Easter weekend), we need to hire catering to feed everybody, we need to organise people into groups to enable such a large number of cars to take to the road, the list goes on.
As I said earlier, we should be opening for new participants shortly and the cut off date will be Thursday 12 March for everybody (not just any new participants) to pay any outstanding fees. Hopefully this will give you ample time to plan and make a decision whether to come or not.
Don't get me wrong, we do not want to stop people coming to the Euromeet, but we do ask that people respect the wishes of the organisation team by reserving their place.
