Default ANY S2000'S IN DENMARK?

As a fellow S2000 owner who spends alot of time in Denmark I was just wondering if any of our Danish friends are driving this car there?I would think owning and driving the S2000 in Norway and Sweden would be great - some great roads there.

But i now that the S2000 is a very expensive car in Denmark, but i guess that we have some S2000 drivers there but not like in Sweden...

Oh yes that super high tax rate on new cars is like 110% or something like that in Denmark.

Even worse, if I remember correctly the tax is an absurd 180% and on top of that I do not think the s2k is even sold in Denmark?

I'm dying to take mine to Norway in the summer but that might not be money well spent Guess I have to wait til we move back.
Plus I still have to find out about importing and taxes etc.. Being American *really* helps

Hey Six Speed it would appear we both married Danes.
I presume you have been there, perhaps more then once. They sure love going home.
Where about do you travel to there?
Not that Denmark has so many open roads but having an S there would be really great in the Spring and Summertime.

I just want to revive this thread. My Danish wife and I are looking at moving to Denmark from the US next year. Obviously the first thing on my mind is what I'll be driving. If it makes economic sense, maybe I'll take the S2000 with me! Any Danes here?

Smile S2000 owner in Denmark

Hi there, I am an S2000 owner located in Copenhagen, Denmark. You are welcome to reach out! I know a 3 other S2K owners in Denmark. We're only a handful people in Denmark having this amazing car. Could be nice to have out own small community where we arrange car meetings, exchange experience and help each other. There are so many strict rules here in Denmark, we have to help each other.
