questions for my German friends -

my girl had to move home because she lost her job during a large layoff.. so she's back in germany

two things - I plan to visist in February (she lives in Friburg) for ten days to see how different our two cultures really are. what's your weather like in Feb?

second as mentioned above - i don't speak any german (yet) what are the chances of actually getting any type job over there if we deceide that it's in the best intreat of "us" for me to stay?? or better still what's your un-employement rate?

dress for cold in Feb (no wonder the flights are so inexpensive) and there are really no jobs for an American that doesn't speak Germany -
