ok for me - but be aware that that weekend F1 is about to take place at Francorchamps (although I don't think this will cross our roads ??)

No, I can't make that. I'm on vacation from 19/8 to 3/9.
My guess would be that later on in September is probably better for most people....we would be past everyone's holiday season and the weather should still be good for a track day or half day.
What is the consensus?
