Well, I finally upgraded from the 17" Work Meister S2rs w/ Kumhos to the 18" version with SO3s. After a thorough washing the next morning, this is what we have. I'm in love with the baby all over again. Just wanted to share.

dave - sorry man! Had to sell the 17s w/o you. Couldn't wait.
It was crazy I had two offers in less than 90 minutes. I took the higher of the two obviously. If I had waited 24 hours more I had 3-4 more offers, two saying they'd top the highest bid I had but I already gave my word to a guy in Houston. I think we both came out good though. Time comes for you, I have a great connection on Work now thanks to the site and the tires were drop shopped thanks to Jim at tire rack.

Thanks for the avatar stuff Dave. Already changed and went with a "full body" shot at least for now. You da' man!

FYI - this set of rims is a tad different then my last set. I got the "burnt black" vs. the "hyper silver" (I think that's the right names?). Same style but the sides of the "spokes" are actually a black chrome sort of like a dark mirror finish.

I had mixed opinions until I washed the car this morning and stood back while Sandy was taking pics....then I fell in love with them. I still think either the hyper silvers or getting those and pc'ing them spa (not the chrome lip of course) would look awesome.

Jcarlton - thanks bud...How's your car coming? How's your neck, etc. too?
