They pull right off. No problems with paint.

Piece of cake unless you have repainted/recleared; a few have had pealing issues. All of mine have come off without incident...

they are low tack and easily removed in the sun or with hair dryer.

touch up detail where the imges were to get rid of edges where dirt may collect and residual adhesive = no biggie

i had new paint right before last years decals and it didn't damage the paint at all fwiw.

The S has been decaled for the 5th year now and it was repainted July 2004 but never a problem. The Ridgeline has been decaled twice including last week and no issues either. Like Rob said you might have some gunk build up around where the decals were but nothing a good washing and perhaps a detail spray won't remove in our experience.
