Another alignment question....
I called a bunch of places to get my car aligned today. Well, there are only two people who can even align my car because it is too low for their system. Not only that, but I have to bring in my own specs for them to align my car with since I no longer have stock suspension. How do I know what specs to use for my car? I have no idea about specs... never have done an alignment before... so how the hell am I supposed to know what specs to give them for aligning my car with koni yellows(lowest perch)/espelir springs?!?!

Here are mine, so at least you have something to go by...
F Caster: 5.2
F Camber: -1.0
F Toe: -0.02
R Camber: -2.0
R Toe: 0.02
This is a bit more aggressive than stock, but if your driving style is really aggressive or you're rubbing, consider -2.2 to -2.3 camber in the rear (and expect greater tire wear). If you love to corner, bump up the front camber a couple of tenths, just be aware this will slightly affect high speed stability if you go too high.
I'm actually at 6.1 caster on the front right now, but that's due to the inability to lower the right caster any farther since my lower A-arm replacement last week... I'll hunt down that problem once I get the rear A-arm problem fixed. Rear toe is also at 0.4 at the moment due to the A-arm fiasco
Caster won't be as critical to most, so anything in the 5-6 range should feel pretty good.

Sorry to interrupt. I did see your pics after the install. 2" drop is insane. I dropped about an 1" plus I have 18's and Comptech sideskirts and I hit everything. In fact last fall I ran over what I thought was a pine cone which turned out to be God knows what and it literally ripped a hole in my oil pan. Tow truck and a few hundred dollars later I'm glad the S isn't my daily anymore.
Anyway, can't wait to see your car soon especially since you're in Jax. Good luck with the alignment. I bet Rhino can be of help considering they do a lot of racing themselves. Granted they're big Beemer guys but the knowledge/experience is there.

Joey- the specs MacGyver posted are good. Here's mine just for giggles, this is an autocross alignment. I get a bit higher wear on the inside of my fronts:
Front caster: 4.7 (this is WICKED low but the best they could get with max camber) (stock AP2 is 6.0)
F camber: -1.5 (stock AP2 is -0.5) (-1.5 is pretty much max)
F toe: zero (stock is zero to 2 mm in)
R camber: -2.25 (stock for AP2 is -1.50)
R toe: 0.3 inch in total (same as stock)
The specs you go for are up to you. You could go for the stock specs if you wanted, or something more aggressive like mine (which will make your AP2 handle more like an AP1 at the limit but with increased tire wear and heavier steering due to low caster).
I think the issue for you will be is the suspension physically able to be set at a particular spec with a 2 inch drop due to shocks/springs. Someone with a lowered car may be able to chime in with their experience...

Thanks, so I can actually just bring in the stock specs, and they will try to get as close as they can? I was under the impression that because my car is so low, there is no way I can get anything like stock. So therefore I had no idea where to even start...
