Seat belts save lives.............period.

Hopefully she received a ticket for not using her seatbelt.

The car is totaled, no way the insurance company will pony up on the repair, especially to include mods. She would have had to declare an increased vaule beyond blue book to have mods covered.

What a f'n retard! There is absolutely no reason to not wear a seatbelt. Did I read correctly? She has a kid? Someone not responsible enouugh to ensure that they stay alive for their child shouldn't be allowed to breed.
What an idiot she is. I don't understand why she wants that car fixed. It will never be right after a crash like that. Let insurance total it.

She should be grateful that she didn't total her car while she was pregnant with her child! Not wearing a seatbelt is the #1 killer of moms to be and their child!!

I don't even feel mine. It feels wierd even moving my car in the parking lot without belting up.

I guess some people are risk takers unfortunately we all pay for it in terms of higher medical costs, insurance etc.

Same here, and I have instilled that same philosophy with my daughter.
