Josh (RXDI) and Ben (puddydad) I think have both dealt with cracking lights and doing diffuser swaps. I think.

Me, I just go AP2 or JDM outright

Sounds like a plan, I will have the bodyshop pull the bumper and headlights, then you can get your bumper and I can get my headlights done.

I can help too if needed. I have done 5 sets now.

Once you do it, you won't believe how easy it is.

13mins seems to be the right amount of time to get them pulled apart the first try.

What takes the most time, getting them off the car, or doing the diffusers?

The bumper comes off in about 15 min. the head lights in another 5/10 min. a side. Getting over putting your $$$$ head lights in the oven.....Well that takes a long time
RXDI and I have done this together so if he wants to help out GREAT!
Were are you located? I'm up here in Brooksville north of Tampa.
