The weather in June is great! very hot!

As for the route, the tipical route would be I-95 north from Miami to visit all the cities in your post, you could also swing through Orlando on the way, then when you reach Jacksonville you can hit I-10 and circle around to I-75 and back down towards Tampa then cut over to I-4 and swing through Orlando and back to Miami that way also.

It is hotter than Hell in June (90 degrees + with Humidity to match)

Given the strength of the BP vs the USD I would suggest renting an exotic and driving the back roads, really see Florida vs. Interstate driving.

The longest drive is Jacksonville to Miami. That only takes about 6 hours taking I-95. Jacksonville to Tampa is about a 4 hour trip. Jacksonville to Orlando Is about a 2 hour trip. Tampa to Orlando is about 1 1/2 hours. You would definitely be able to spend a couple of days in each place.

BTW, saw your car on the dyno with the stock motor, cat, and exhaust pull 400HP.

looked at map, miami >daytona>jacksonville> gainsville (dont ask why, something to do with a book)> tampa>miami looks like it could be a good route
