Blown Engine.
just replace your pistons, rings, valve springs and valves. that eliminates your problems for the most part. your rings you have now are prob. worn and have too much blow by. oh and before any assumptions are made about the valves do a cyl leakage test using compressed air. if your at TDC on the compression stroke and you hear air coming out your intake or exhaust then valves are garbage if pressure is held and you have no air coming out either then your valves are fine. but chances are with that low of compression ya your valves are prob. done and need to be replaced with toda or spoon valves and springs. FTW hope the dealership didnt rape you too much with their diagnostics.
