I am a researcher, and these are two great sites to learn from, especially when it comes to dependability and safety.

I ruled out a Discovery II (along with many others) for my wife, after these sites enlightened me about issues they have.

Yeah, I test drove a Discovery and wasn't nearly as impressed. For starters, it was WAY too big for what I wanted and got terrible gas mileage. Also, they are known to have a few expensive problems. I always do research before buying a car and this LR was no different.

But I do really appreciate you guys all looking out for me.
