Two additions if you feel like doing it and already haven't. I put a couple coats of spray clearcoat over the decal to protect them. Also, I painted the rusty parts of the rotors with a black paint. No more rust.

I did this about two years ago. Still looks as good as the day I did them.

I definitely considering painting the rusty parts of the rotors. Did you use heat paint or anything else special? I suppose I could use the left over silver I've got and that would work well.

Matt, that looks great! You should do a "how-to" write-up and include the pictures.

I would use the left over silver since you have it. I borrowed the black from a friend. I think it was high temp but nothing fancy like G2. Just some good high temp paint. It was in a spray too. I got some overspray on the wear surface but after one spirited drive home, it looked really good.

I grinded the seams on my calipers with a dremel to give them a more clean appearance. they look a bit nicer, but you wouldn't know from a distance. just a suggestion to any and all that plan on doing this.

gotta love that gold on blue though. really looks good.

Man that looks sick Matt! Nice job!

The gold/blue combo is very tasteful.
