I have a 2000 S2000.I was wondering why the heck my tail lights have the clear corner tail lenses.I tried finding a replacement for the left one from an accident.please help!I need to find a replacement.

I dont know if I have ever seen clear tails

 

probably talking about the early model ap1 tails that tended to fade over time if left out in the sun

 

yep must be the faded corners. Just buy a replacement set model years 01-03. Might as well go with ap2 if you have the extra cash.

 

you are kidding me?so those tail lights are faded?they use to be red?

 

THere was a recall from Honda on those taillights you might wanna check your local dealer ship to see if they can run the VIN# and maybe warranty them or if you need some I have a set of "03 tail lights (the ones with the crhome ring) that I will sell for $200.oo
