Default Clutch Buzz

Guys, I have the "Clutch Buzz" and it really has been annoying me lately.

Do you think it's possible for me to take the car and a printout of the TSB to a Honda dealer and see if they will fix it? I know that's kind of a dumb question (just try it, right) but I thought I would ask here first before going through the trouble.

Here is the TSB

The car has 15k miles on it.

Anyone have any insights on TSB's?

I had this and took my car to the dealership on Kennedy (not sure what they call it now). They fixed it under warranty. I'm not sure if you have an extended warranty or not. I know they fixed at least two cars with this problem (Joser was the other) and no problems since. I hated it too. Go give it a shot.

The clutch buzz is one thing that I do not miss about my old S. Take it to the dealer, the worst they could say is no.

Well on the TSB is says out of warranty work "may be eligible for goodwill consideration by the DSM or Zone Office" so there is hope. I think I'll try it to...maybe they will at least go in half or something.

OT: Where did you find an 01 with only 15K on it?

When I was looking I found 1 2000 model that only had 5K on it but the guy wanted a super premium price. I couldn't believe it...thing wasn't even broken in after 5 years of the guy owning it.

Went to Kuhn Honda on Kennedy, no go.

1 dealer down, 9 to go.

Hillsborough Automart gets used S2K's every week it seems like. I got my there with 14k for $20k. If anyone is looking for one, look there.

They should be able to fix it, you might get charged for it though.
