This is why I miss my old home state sometimes. In most of the country (And of course in Florida) the "Castle" law does not apply to your vehicle.

It does however apply to your place of work, or if your car is being used for work at the time.

In Louisiana (yes they have many other problems) at least they got this one right: Your car is an extension of your home. Period. You can do whatever you need to in defending it the same as your own home.

In Florida, most times your car falls under the "defense of property" legally, which says that you cannot use deadly force (any firearm) to defend it from being stolen. In addition, warning shots are highly illegal here, too.

well here is how I protect my Car:


-I have a Clifford Alarm w/ proximity Sensor, Start Code and all that Shit

-Seat Locks

-Steering wheel CLUB lock

-and the best I made a decal for my window that say "Seat Locks Installed"

My alarm Never I mean NEVER goes off, the other night like a 3am it went OFF so I got up and looked and I dint see SHIT next morning my Antenna was missing... I am sure they came for the SEATS and walked out with a $20 Antenna
