Honda likes to be on the cutting edge ... but, even I'm not sure 'purists' (especially the wealthy enough ones) will accept a Hybrid assisted sports car. We'll just have to see what the first few road-tests say ... i guess.

I'd still love to have a Zanardi Edition: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Honda_N...di_Edition_NSX

I have been following this on Nsx prime. Hybrid motors put out alot of torque. Don't be surprised if this isn't a killer car

I wish I still had the Industry article from around 2006 that stated Honda was not going to reproduce a "me-too" vehicle. It would set the standard for the rest of the car makers to follow their heels and that the engine would be a mid-ship 10 cylinder and full time AWD.

From what I have read the engine like the S2000 is midshipman. Different from the previous Nsx. Also it might be awe by using the electric engines. I know Honda has been disappointing lately but with how long they have waited to release this car it might be something serious

Agreed ... those are great all-electric vehicles. I'm just not sure if all-electric and hybrid powertrains are in the same plane. I guess this new NSX will prove quite a bit (or disprove.)

Hopefully this won't be an Lexus LFA reach
