Chiung you are the Mod Master!!!!!!

Don't know if I'll have any mods to do mid-January but I'd love to peak in and hang out. I'm always good for holding a few zip ties ya know?

Hopefully by then Bryan and I will have our body mods done. We have everything in right now except my dang Top Secret front bumper. Bryan can't do all of his until that's in because he's picking up my OEM front lip. In any event we should finally be done by the time you have your session.

If I survive all of that the next big ticket type thing will be the stereo but we'll see. I've been saying that's "next" for a good year now.

See ya then hopefully! Maybe Wei-Shen's drive on 12/7 before that???

This is great news Chiung.

I'm definitely down for this. I have a few things left to install, including my headlight.

I'm free Jan 10, 18, and 25th.

OK

Where's this being held?

I still have my oil jet bolts I need to have installed.

If I did the mod, does anyone have the flex shaft drive needed for the first bolt??

Chiung is in Daytona. He has a great "modding" space both in a sizeable garage, covered spots, and regular driveway space. Lots of room in otherwords.

Smokin - you and I have chatted before on the oil jet bolts. I have an '01 so I'm pretty sure I have the old 2 vs. the 4's. How do I check that to confirm? Isn't there something about an engine number I need to look up??? Thx for your help. If I have the 2 then maybe I need to do this. I already have 35.3k miles though so maybe it wouldn't be worth switching this late in the game. Thoughts are appreciated.

I'm pretty sure the updated bolts started showing up in the '02's, so us '00 - '01's definitely have the 2 hole bolts.

Smokin' - tell me about the flex shaft drive - I'll go get one - been thinking about doing this myself...

Shay - don't know about the mileage thing except to say that it may be better late than never. How long are you planning on keeping black beauty?

Hey nvrquit4 and Chiung:

Chiung, I think that everything I've read is that the No.1 bolt is the hardest to get to and it requires a flex shaft drive extension, possibly a special order from Sears. The other way to see if you can get it is stopping a Snap-On truck. I believe that they will sell right off the truck if they have it.

here's a bit of info that may help with regard to the jet bolts:

BANJO OIL JET BOLT (4-hole bolt)

In June 2002 there was a recall initiated in the Netherlands for both loose spark plugs and engine cooling / lubrication. This recall then continued to all the other European countries and England. The plug recall TSB was announced in the US July 10, and upgrades started mid-August. However, to date there
