Well guys, its that time of the year again, no not tax time, Beer fest. It is put on every year by universal at "City walk". This year it is on Saturday and Sunday "This weekend". Every year its a huge turnout, and this year they plan on having over 100 different kinds of beer from all over the country and the world.

I think this would be a good event for some of us Orlando people to meet up on the weekend and hang out, have a meet, and drink some beer.

Tickets are $35 bucks at the gate, and $25 in advance. I will be attending Saturday for sure, any of you guys intersted?

If someone has any ideas for a meeting spot, so we can cruise there, throw it out there.

I'll be there on Sunday. Have to work on saturday. I think my friend booked a room at the Hard Rock so people don't have to drive home.

last year sucked...it was so packed that i got tired of waiting for beer and just went and bought drinks in the bars...ill be there this year but wont buying a ticket

Maybe we should consider getting a group to go a little early. Last year I tried to go with my sister and we ended up in traffic for more than an hour, went to Fridays for some drinks and went home. If we can get there kinda early and find some parking then it might be more enjoyable. Any ideas for meeting place/time? What about some place like Jax's where we all know how to get to?

yeah Jax sounds good, then we could drive to universal which is about 10 minutes from there. I am also up for getting an early afternoon buzzzz

So, anyone going to Beer Fest? I am going to drive down to Tampa tonight but I'd like to go tomorrow (Sunday) in the afternoon-ish. What time does it start?

I am on shift tomorrow at the Fire Department so I wont be able to go on sunday. See you guys on thursday.
