After last night i think it would be fun to get an ENTIRE parking lot full of S2000's!! I also can't remember the last time we, as a Florida/Florida group (Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville, and all points in between), have had a big meet.


Maybe next Saturday, the day before the Brunch (S2ki brunch link), we can all get together for some bowling/pool/dinner/clubbing/mayhem!?

Of course I understand that if you don't spend the night then it will be a lot of driving between Saturday and Sunday. But, i think enough people could double up in a Hotel room and arrange a decent discount to make this financially possible?


Just testing the waters i guess. I'm feeling extra 'cheer-ie' lately and I think it would be a good way for the plus-ones out there to participate that may typically avoid 'car stuff'.

OK ... i guess if you're interested in coming down to Orlando this coming Saturday (December 1st) post here ("i'm in") and we'll see how many people are interested (and i'll start a roll call). What we do is still up in the air, but, typically a dinner and drinks should be a decent start. I'm looking for things to do in Orlando now.

i am up for a pre-meet, i am not planning on the s2ki brunch because i have done the past 2.

 

I just think that next week will be a bit premature. Let set something out avbout a month ahead and give the group a chance to make it. The holiday season is rough for getting people to comitt on a weekend......personally, most of my weekends are booked up through FEB.

i would love to attend but i will be out of state this weekend, not too happy about missing the brunch. you really should arrange something like this after the new year.

 

As long as it is in a central location, not like the mega meet which way far south!

 

I was thinking Orlando would be a good choice for a central location ... especially for those coming from just about any part of the state. i75, i95, i4, and the Turnpike all are great routes to Orlando.


Any other cities that may be better?

 

I would personally prefer sunday afternoon/evening after the nsx/s2000 brunch. But that's just because i always work saturday nights.

p.s. I would love to get together and meet sometime!!!!!!! I just clay bared cleaner waxed polished and waxed my car 4 hours of pain and boy is my car smoooooooooooooooooth!!!!!!!

 

ohhh ... just thinking about that makes me ... want to pay someone else to wax my car!
