amsoil syncromesh for the tranny(1.7 quarts) and Amsoil 75 / 110 severe gear for the rear(just shy of 1 qt)

So that said.....AMSOIL Synthetic SynchromeshTransmission Fluid (5W-30) in the tranny (and after 120K on the Honda MTF I CAN and DO feel a difference in my AP2) and AMSOIL SEVERE GEAR 75W-110Synthetic EP Lubricant in the diff.

GM synchromesh in the trans, Amsoil severe gear 75w-110 in the diff. Got em both from hardtopguy along with the necessary washers and a neat little pump which helped immensely.
