Anyone want to venture a guess at which conference has 7 teams in there?
Here's a hint, Florida plays 6 of them this season.

Then again, in the Big East, UF would have gone 12-0, and would not have needed the tough schedule.
Heck, they may have gone 12-0 in most any other conference.
This year, the SEC may even be tougher than last year!!!!!!!!!!!
Think of this: What if LSU and Ohio State win out, and OSU faces LSU for the title? Then imagine if OSU gets walked over again by an SEC team with tons of speed. LSU's speed, is as fast as UF's, especially if they get Doucet back!!!
OSU and the Big Ten will never get any respect again, against the SEC.
The next time I forsee the Big Ten having a major player in the BCS is when Ron Zook's Illinios wins it in 2-3 years, and plays for a NC.
He is that good, and never had a full opportunity at UF. He recruits great athletes, of which they are coming to ILL, and he will only continue to pull from the state of FL, turning ILL into a fast and effective team very soon.
hatorade must taste sweet. ESPN put it best, "you can't blame OSU for there conferences inability to get it together". Anyone can get beaten at anytime, this season is proof of it. Unfortunately for OSU, our day came in a title bout last year. Highly unlikely that will happen twice. Keep your hopes up though, it's the only way teams that haven't weathered the conference they are in (Florida) to have a chance at it now really.....

Let me guess, we're quoting Kirk Herbstreit. That's like me quoting Jesse Palmer.
No not you Caputo, Mr. OSU-fan about 4 replies up.
I'm 99% sure that it's a KH quote. If not, it's some other tOSU homer who hasn't come to terms with the fact that their schedule is something only a mother could love. No championship game, no out-of-conference ranked opponent, 2 "quality opponents" none of which are/were ranked above #22, and for Christ's sake the #2 team in the Big 10 lost (at home) to a 1-AA school. [See also, what happened the last time they played out of conference?]
I could go on forever, having OSU #1 in the country is absurd.
In the immortal words of Woody Paige - "LOOK AT THE SCHEDULE!"
Patiently awaiting a response to this one!
