Greetings
I was presented a batallion challenge coin for scoring a 300 on the PT test by the LT. Colonal and nominated for soldier of the cycle. I am having to compete with like 15 others for it so im trying to bust my ass every day. Ill tell you the only part that really sucks about basic is the gas chamber i had to go through. Everything else is rather easy. im just glad we got rid of all the shit bags

Ha! Gas chamber. Only sucks if you don't do your mask right! cough! cough!
Hell ya I was sick as hell from the pinicilin shot then the flu shot after the gas chamber I was all cleared up they made us try and recite the infantrymans creed while in there sucking in the cs. I hope I never have to do that ever again. I was hoping I was going to get stationed in Bragg after airborne but they are putting me at Campbell where there is absolutely no s2k club. It's really going to suck up there

, they had banana oil smell. Not as bad as new car scent!
I don't even remember doing the gas chamber in Navy bootcamp. Years later though, I went to an advanced four week CBR (Chemical Biological Radiological) warfare school where we got to sample a veritable smorgasbord of chemical warfare agents. My personal favorite was the Army's new "non-lethal" putrefactant retch gas. I honestly couldn't keep food down for several days. I'm probably *still* not allowed to talk about it though.
