I get paid every two weeks so I am pretty sure it works out. even if you are paid monthly, it is a short month.

I was complaining about that earlier. Those of us on salary should DEFINITELY get the day off, this is crap!

Just think about the 1/4 of a day each year you got payed for not doing any work the last 3 years. It all works out.

He's referring to the military. Our Leave Earning Statements (LES) say pay period 1-28 Feb. Of course everyday in the Air Force is a Holiday, so I guess it evens out for them.
